## 整体介绍

小型动物的系统与计算神经科学实验室成立于2014年，位于生命科研楼205室，现有教授（博士生导师）1人，副研究员1人，博士后2人，研究生15人。

## 研究方向

（1）小型动物（秀丽线虫，斑马鱼幼体等）的运动控制原理及其神经环路基础。

（2）小型动物的多感官整合，以及感官和运动环路整合的机制和原理。

（3）计算神经生物学和机器学习。\
（4）连接组学；神经环路结构和功能的关系。

（5）发展和完善监测和操纵小型动物行为和神经环路的光学技术。

## 团队成员

温泉教授，2014年加入中国科学技术大学生命科学学院，同时为中科大大数据学院PI，合肥微尺度物质科学国家研究中心PI。通过结合数学建模、物理、工程、分子生物学，光学成像等理论和实验手段，着重研究神经环路结构和功能的关系，以及神经环路的相互作用是如何支配动物行为等基本问题。首次提出并运用统计优化数学理论来定量解释大脑皮层神经元树突的复杂结构和多样性。首次从理论和实验上阐明了秀丽线虫是如何运用本体感受这个反馈机制来控制其运动状态和方式。研究工作发表在Neuron, Nature Neuroscience, PNAS, PloS Computational Biology 等杂志上。Neuron 以及 Faculty 1000杂志对相关成果作了全面评述和重点推荐。
