# Protein Design Lab——刘海燕教授课题组

## 整体介绍

实验室主要研究方向为蛋白质设计、蛋白质空间结构和动力学的计算生物学；在蛋白质计算设计方面发展了氨基酸序列从头设计模型ABACUS和ABACUS-R以及蛋白质主链结构从头设计模型SCUBA等；在分子模拟方法方面发展了酶反应自由能面计算、集合自由度增强采样、单参考态自由能计算等技术。论文在Nature、Nat Methods、Nat Comput Sci、Nat Commun、PRL、JACS等杂志发表；相关成果入选中央广播电视总台2022年度国内十大科技新闻、2022年国内生物信息学十大进展。团队在2010年和2022年分别获中国科学技术大学年度杰出研究校长奖。
